I am a reception for a law firm. Now and then, we would get a rude customer, but one can sometimes understand.

But, I really am very upset about this client. She's actually a lady that we're having a case against.

She phones for the lawyer and demands that she would speak to him. She then phoned back. The lawyer didn't want to speak to her; and asked me to tell her that. I tried to tell her this; but she cuts me off and bitches off what a useless lawyer the guy is.

Later today, she wants to speak to me. She wanted me to check the lawyer's e-mail. I informed her that I can't do that, because my e-mail isn't connected to his.

She flipped off and demanded why I won't assist her; and demanded his cell number. Since it's against company policy's, I said that I couldn't. She then said that everyone at the firm are so useless; and demanded that she can speak to the big boss.

I really wish I could end this Friday. Shit like this isn't worth the salary I'm earning per month.
