Just not satisfied

I have a part-time job as an admin for a pest control company after I was retrenched by the law firm I had worked for. It's easy money; and I am happy that I can at do something while I could look for another job elsewhere.

But lately, I am so sick and tired of this work. It just feels as if I am the sucker that just keeps doing filing all the time. The other two women I work with are such two-faced arrogant twits. The one is the bookkeeper and the other the pest control lady that sends the guys out to the various clients that have bug problems. Yet, when the one goes out to run an errand, the other bitches how that person does nothing while she does all the work; while they act so friendly towards them when that person is in the same room. The sales lady annoys me too since she has that arrogant aura around her. I despise working in this sort of atmosphere!

While I am grateful for this job; and that my older sister had reccommended me to the husband of her boss when he needed a reliable and hardworking person to be the new admin lady, I really do hate this job. But, jobs are so scarce nowadays; and the UIF still didn't pay me yet...

To make matters worse, they said the contract should be coming the following week (waited three months for it); then I'll be working Monday to Wednesday. They had (hopefully not intentionally) guilt-tripped me by stating how they needed me so much. Yet, I feel like a maid whose work is never done! They also call me in when I have nothing to do.
